Thank you for your interest in PS199. We are thrilled that you have found us in your search for an outstanding elementary school for your child. PS199 is a zoned public school in District 3. We enroll and educate students in kindergarten through 5th grade. We do not offer pre-kindergarten programs, nor Gifted and Talented programs. We do offer Integrated Co-Teaching (ICT) classes and other services for students with an Individualized Education Program (IEP). Admissions priority goes to applicants residing within our school zone, and to applicants with a sibling currently enrolled in PS199. However, it is possible that out of zone kindergarten applicants have been offered a spot off the kindergarten waitlist.
