PS 199 is committed to fostering a lifelong love of learning and to support students in becoming their best selves both academically and personally. We work hard to sustain a strong community of pedagogues, administr-ators and parents that collaborate to create a safe, joyful, and productive learning environment.
We believe that a quality educa-tion includes an evolving curricu-lum that is supported by diverse programming. PS 199 has part-nered with several organi-zations to enhance our core curriculum. Our dedicated staff plan educa-tional units with teaching artists to weave the arts and sciences into our lessons.
